IKO base Atelia
IKO Atelia roofing membranes are continuously evolving, significantly increasing the share of recycled content. Since all components in the IKO Atelia roofing system are fully demountable, this system is the perfect solution for circular construction designs.
The IKO base P3 T/F Atelia is a base layer composed of polymer bitumen and a polyester reinforcement. The upper side of this base layer is finished with sand, while the underside is provided with a burn-off film. This base layer contains ≥ 35% recycled content per membrane (weight). It can be fully torch-welded, mechanically fastened, or loosely laid with ballast.
The IKO base 460P60 EU Atelia is a bitumen base layer in a multi-layer system based on plastomer (APP) bitumen and a polyester reinforcement. The upper side is finished with burn-off film, while the underside consists of a bare polyester fleece. This base layer contains ≥ 50% recycled content per membrane (weight). It can be mechanically fastened to the substructure or loosely laid with ballast.
