Project description:
Residence “Marius Renard” is a gigantic 28-storey apartment building in Brussels. With a height of 105 m, it comes above the Brussels skyline. It is the second tallest building in Brussels. PIC reno decor provides the balcony floors with a completely new waterproofing after thorough concrete repair and additional stability works for all cantilevered parts. The building materials are carefully installed and carried away via a scaffolding that runs along the corner of the building. The works are supervised by Sobelcom, a control and expertise bureau. The additional warranty insurance offers the owners additional security for the next 10 years.
